Our quality control and assurance specialists are using the state of art equipment like measuring arm, laser tracker system and granite tables. To guarantee the most reliable results the QA/QC is located in dedicated control room with monitored temperature and moisture.
The quality team members are certified with MT, VT, PT and Frosio level 3 certificates, and beside the classical dimensional control they perform nondestructive tests and adherence tests for painted surfaces.
The production process is controlled at every stage and we have tools in place to fully trace the flow of the parts and whole assemblies. Each major step of the process is concluded with the quality control and the results are stored in the digital control card.
